Class Description

Ballet is a great foundation for any dancer. This class will focus on the understanding of different ballet positions, correct body placement, proper use of turnout, coordination of the upper body, and proper use of the arms.

Ballet Dress Code

Girls:

Black leotard

Simple ballet skirt (optional)

Pink or flesh-colored tights

Pink or flesh-colored full sole ballet shoes

Hair in a bun or ponytail

Boys: 

(Or anyone uncomfortable with the girls dress code)

White fitted t-shirt 

Black jazz pants or leggings

White full sole ballet shoes

Any long hair pulled back

The jazz part of the class is full of energetic moves to awesome music. Whether we are hiding from fire-breathing dragons, freeze dancing, or learning step-ball-change, we are having a great time!

Dancers will learn tap for half the class and jazz for half the class.

 

The tap part of the class is perfect for those who love to move their feet! You can guarantee that your tapper will be flapping down the grocery store aisles in no time!

 

The jazz part of the class is full of energetic moves to awesome music. Whether we are hiding from fire-breathing dragons, freeze dancing, or learning step-ball-change, we are having a great time!

The Acro part is a tumbling class for dancers. All our acro teachers are certified  by Acrobatic Arts.

Biketard or leotard & spandex shorts

Tap shoes & jazz shoes

 

Boys:

Athletic shorts & a fitted tank or t-shirt 

Tap shoes & jazz shoes

All long hair MUST be pulled back for safe spotting! A low bun is best.

Hip Hop

Schedule

Hip Hop 1st-2nd Grade

Class Description

Hip Hop classes begin with a short warm-up. Dancers will learn combinations and a recital dance. Hip Hop helps to develop memory skills, coordination, and diversity of movement. 

Hip Hop Dress Code

Clothing: Baggy sweatpants, hip hop pants, shirts, etc. Street clothes are okay. No jeans.

Shoes: Clean tennis shoes and socks. 

Hair: Please pull long hair away from face.

Tuition 

  • There is an annual $37 registration fee per dancer.

  • There is a third-party 3.00% processing fee added to credit card transactions.

  • We're flexible! You can unenroll at the end of any month.

  • Tuition is charged monthly on the first of the month through autopay. We are a 100% autopay studio.

  • Tuition is per student per month.

  • Tuition is the same whether there are three classes or five classes in a month.

  • Classes start August 3rd!

June Recital Costs

  • Dancers will work all year toward a dance to perform in our optional June recital. 

  • Most classes will have a recital costume cost in Oct/Nov.

  • Participating families  will have an April recital fee cost and a recital ticket cost.
